Dear Ms. Doe:

GovC is pleased to submit our Cost Proposal to ABC Corp to perform as a subcontractor to ABC Corporation on the Defense Departments (DOD) Solicitation No. DOD AF01-15-A-GROI Program. Our Technical and Cost Proposals shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the Prime Proposals due date of June 15, 2016.

We have separately submitted to ABC Corp our Technical Proposal in response to your letter to us dated October 25, 2015. We have accepted the instructions and terms set forth in this letter and have added information on how we would meet these instructions and terms in our Technical Proposal. This Cost Proposal includes our cost assumptions supporting the Technical Proposal to you.

The cost proposal has been provided at cost element detail and specific cost or pricing data has been omitted. We restrict the release of cost or pricing (proprietary) data to prime contracts, and any audit of cost or pricing data would need to go through government channels.
