"HUBZone small business concern” means a small business concern that appears on the List of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns maintained by the Small Business Administration (13 CFR 126.103).[1][2]

A qualified HUBZone small business concern as determined by the Small Business Administration in accordance with 13 CFR Part 126.
