Bonuses and Incentive Compensation - FAR 31.205-6

Bonuses and incentive compensation are generally allowable, subject to notable items below.

Conditions and Descriptions Determining Allowability;

Awards must meet the following criteria under 31.205-6 (f);

Retention Bonuses
